For a comfortable and enjoyable day, we recommend wearing light clothing and comfortable shoes. Be sure to bring sunscreen, sunglasses, a hat or cap, and plenty of water, as the sun on Sal can be very strong.

Planning to swim at one of the stops? Bring swimwear and a towel.

For Shark Bay, we recommend wearing water shoes, as the seabed can be rocky in some areas.

It is also a good idea to bring some cash for entrance fees, food, drinks, or other personal expenses along the way.

If you are prone to motion sickness, please keep in mind that part of the route may take you over unpaved roads.

And don’t forget your phone or camera — there are plenty of beautiful photo opportunities along the way.
